Non-surgical option
🔬

Surgical Evaluation

When anatomy is part of the problem, our rhinology specialist Dr. Jorge Barbachano joins the evaluation. Surgical options are explained — only recommended when the data supports it.

Functional · Structural

When surgery is the answer

Sleep apnea and snoring are often structural. A deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, or a narrow pharynx can make any CPAP or device less effective. When the anatomy calls for it, Dr. Liliana Padilla works alongside Dr. Jorge Barbachano — rhinoplasty and rhinology specialist — for comprehensive surgical correction.

👃

Septoplasty & Turbinoplasty

Correction of deviated septum and hypertrophied turbinates. Restores nasal airflow and reduces snoring at the source.

🫁

Pharyngeal Surgery

UPPP and tongue base procedures for obstructive sleep apnea when conservative treatment is insufficient.

💎

Functional Rhinoplasty

Structural correction of the nose that improves breathing. Functional result with aesthetic awareness — Dr. Barbachano's specialty.

📊

Pre & Post Sleep Studies

Objective documentation of airway improvement. Sleep studies before and after surgery confirm the clinical result with data.

💡

No fixed packages — by design. Every airway is different. Every case requires its own plan. Your evaluation determines whether the path is CPAP, a device, surgery, or a combination. We give you a clear, honest proposal after we understand your anatomy and goals — not before.

What patients ask us first

Do I need to speak Spanish?

No. Dr. Padilla conducts consultations in English. All reports and communications for international patients are provided in English.

How long should I plan to stay?

For diagnostic evaluation only: 2–3 days is sufficient. If surgery is indicated and you choose to proceed, plan for 5–7 days minimum plus any required post-op recovery time. We'll give you a specific recommendation after your pre-screening.

Can I bring results from previous sleep studies?

Yes — and please do. Prior studies help us understand your history and determine whether a new study is needed or if we can proceed directly to treatment planning.

How much does the program cost?

There's no fixed price because there's no fixed program. The evaluation defines the path. After your initial teleconsultation, you receive a transparent proposal with costs for each component. No surprises.

Is surgery always part of the program?

No. Surgery is only recommended when the diagnostic data supports it. Many patients complete the program with a CPAP setup, mandibular device, or myofunctional therapy — no procedure required.

What happens after I go home?

Follow-up is conducted via teleconsultation. Study results are delivered digitally, treatment plans are explained in detail, and ongoing check-ins are available to monitor your progress remotely.
